Do you receive support from a live-in carer, or are you close to someone with dementia who does?
A team of researchers led by the University of Southampton are doing research about live-in care for people with dementia. Live-in care is when a care worker moves into (rather than visits) a person’s home to provide support. Funded by The National Institute for Health & Social Care Research.
They want to find out how and why families arrange live-in care, and hear what live-in care is like from everyone involved, including the live-in care worker and family carer.
If you take part in our study, it will help them to understand more about live-in care, what people like about it and how it could be better.
If you are interested in taking part or would like to know more about this study, please contact them by email, using the information below.
