There are home safety adaptions available to help you stay safe in your own home.
We are working in partnership with SGN to help people living with dementia in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight stay safe and warm at home.
We can help;
Provide information about home adaptions and refer for home safety assessments
Help to understand what benefits or grants you might be eligible for and help you to apply
Understand what your needs are and signpost/make referrals to relevant support
Provide energy advice to help you save on bills
Help you to sign up to the Priority Services Register for your gas, electric and water suppliers
Provide information about carbon monoxide safety and check you have working alarms
Provide information and arrange installations for locking cooker valves for gas cookers and hobs
Help you to stay connected to your community by assisting you to find events and activities in your local area
