Walk for Dementia 2026 – Join Us Anytime, Anywhere!
We’re thrilled to announce the fifth year of Walk for Dementia! Last year we raised a fantastic £12,000 to help people living with dementia across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. This year, we’re making it even easier for everyone to get involved.
New Format for 2026:
Walk anytime, anyplace, anywhere during the month of September
– whether it’s a stroll through your local park, a hike along the coast, or a wander around your neighborhood. Wherever you are, you can make a difference.

Every step you take helps us provide vital support and services for people affected by dementia.
How to Get Involved:
- Register online and set your own walking challenge.
- Share your journey and fundraise with friends and family.
- Or come along to one of our group walks and enjoy the community spirit!
Let’s make this year our biggest yet. Together, we can walk towards a brighter future for those living with dementia.
Everyone who signs up to walk will receive free 12 months membership of The Lifestyle Card worth £40pp per annum.

Premium ticket (£12.50) includes your t-shirt and medal. T-shirts are available in sizes small, medium, large, and x large. (Once you have signed up you will receive an email asking you to confirm t-shirt sizes)
Standard ticket (£5.00) includes your medal (no t-shirt included).
Walk RSVP (FREE) (no t-shirt or medal included).
All sponsorship monies that you raise will be spent directly supporting people living with dementia in your local area.
