Do something
amazing
All our services are provided free to anyone and everyone living with dementia in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. We rely totally on the kindness and generosity of our supporters, and any help you are able to give will be gratefully received.
Bake a Difference
Every March you can Bake a Difference by hosting your own bring and buy cake sale, coffee morning, or tea party and donate the proceeds to help families living with dementia.
Bake it or fake it and ask your friends to do the same, then get together and #eatcakeanddonate!
You can download invites and cake flags below.

Organise your own event
A gala dinner, a murder mystery, a dance competition. Quizes, football matches, Zumbathon’s, spinathon’s, even gameathon’s!
The ideas are endless, but whatever you choose to do, we will be hugely appreciative of your fundraising efforts, because every penny raised helps us to help people living with dementia in your local community.
Walk For Dementia
September is World Dementia Awareness Month, it’s also our Walk for Dementia fundraiser.
Join us on Sunday 8 September to raise awareness and funds to help support local people living with dementia, including family, friends, and caregivers.
7 walks to choose from depending on ability and preference. Distances from 0.5k to 12k.
Choose your challenge
Have you ever wanted to jump out of a plane!
We challenge you to challenge yourself, and push yourself out of that comfort zone and do something amazing for people living with dementia in your local area.
Fashion for Dementia
If you have any pre-loved fashion or accessory items that you no longer want you can sell them on eBay and donate the funds straight to us!
Run for Dementia
Get your friends or work colleagues together and Run for Dementia!
If you love running or love a challenge why not sign up for a 5k, 10k, half or full marathon and raise funds to support local people living with dementia.
