Join our community walk along the promenade
Join us for a wonderful afternoon of walking, fundraising, and making a difference for people affected by dementia across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Starting at Emsworth Quay, this community walk follows the scenic Emsworth Promenade, offering beautiful waterside views and a relaxing route suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether you come with family, friends, colleagues, or join other supporters on the day, every step you take will help support local families living with dementia.
If you’re feeling energetic, why not extend your walk? Continue along Western Parade and connect with the Solent Way, enjoying more spectacular coastal scenery before returning to Emsworth Quay. You can choose the distance that suits you, making this a walk for everyone.

🚶 Walk Starts: Shortly after registration
Arrive at 1.15pm to register before setting off on your walk. Take in the stunning harbour and coastal views while knowing that every pound raised helps ensure nobody faces dementia alone.

Registration is completely free, and everyone who takes part will receive a finisher’s medal as a thank you for their support.
Event t-shirts will also be available on the day for a suggested donation of ÂŁ10.
