Walk for Dementia – Ringwood Walk

Join our community walk Moors Valley Country Park, starting at The Cafe.

Arrive at 1pm to register, and set off on your walk with others taking part.

Just Walk RSVP – FREE sign up (no t-shirt or medal included)

Standard Ticket – £5.00 includes a medal

Premium Ticket – £12.00 includes a t-shirt and a medal

New Milton Allotment – Dementia Friendly Summer Drop-In

Drop in anytime between 11am and 1pm every Tuesday throughout the summer.

New Milton Town Council are hosting a relaxed, dementia-friendly outdoor drop-in. Enjoy a welcoming space with gazebo seating, surrounded by colourful flowers, plants, and vegetables at the allotment.

Join us for a heartwarming afternoon filled with festive cheer, music, and community spirit. Our Christmas Carols & Mince Pies event is designed especially for people living with dementia and their family carers—but everyone is welcome!
