Come along to Waterlooville Community Centre Dementia Café every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month (excluding Bank Holidays). ☕️ Tea and cake provided for a small donation🍰

– Health care workers attend to answer and advise in medical and financial matters
– Parties to celebrate occasions throughout the year
– Singers and bands
– Quizzes, Bingo, Play Your Cards Right
– Visits from local schools
– Day out to Wisley Gardens (to be confirmed)

“Buddy” workshop

Hosted by Romsey Dementia Action Group. Join us singing the songs of Buddy Holly, followed by an arts workshop, all provided by Mayflower Theatre.

A guided walk at Sir Harold Hillier Gardens, hosted by Romsey Dementia Action Group. Find out more about the gardens and their beautiful plants, followed by refreshments in the café.

Coronation Celebration Tea Party

Hosted by Dementia Support Hampshire & IOW.

This week our Fareham and Eastleigh Groups come together to celebrate the coronation with an afternoon tea, with entertainment by the wonderful Delvis!

The event is for anyone and everyone living with dementia, be it the person with dementia, their family and friends, or their carers.

This is a free event but donations very welcome!

Hosted by Alton Community Association, this free drop in session is held between 11am-4pm every Wednesday, you can attend one session, 2 sessions or all day, the sessions are as follows…

Memory Café 11am-12.30pm – The Memory Lane Café is an opportunity for those with dementia or memory loss and their carers to meet with others for support, reminiscence and relaxation with games, craft activities, music, quizzes and more importantly tea, cake and companionship with lots of laughs along the way.

Love To Move/seated Tai Chi/Crafts 12.30pm-1pm – Alternating weekly between seated exercises/Tai Chi and creative craft sessions.

Friendship Lunch 1pm-2pm – Bring your own lunch or order from the Regency Café.

Gardening/Crafts & Afternoon Tea 2pm-4pm – Creative craft & gardening sessions.
