Walk Together. Walk Your Way. Walk for Dementia.
Every day, thousands of people across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight are living with the challenges of dementia. For many, the right support, information, and companionship can make a huge difference to their quality of life.
That’s why we’re inviting you to take part in Walk for Dementia.
Now in its sixth year, Walk for Dementia brings communities together to raise vital funds for Dementia Support Hampshire & IOW. In 2025, our incredible supporters raised more than £10,000, helping us provide practical support, advice, activities, and guidance to people living with dementia and those who care for them.
Whether you join one of our organised community walks or take on your own challenge, every step you take helps ensure that nobody faces dementia alone.
Why Take Part?
By fundraising for Walk for Dementia, you’ll be helping us to:
♥ Provide one-to-one support and guidance for families affected by dementia
♥ Deliver dementia-friendly activities that reduce loneliness and help people stay connected
♥ Offer practical advice on benefits, legal matters, future planning, and local services
♥ Support unpaid carers who are often facing overwhelming challenges
♥ Reach more people across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight with life-changing dementia support
Every pound raised stays local, helping us continue our work and reach more people when they need us most.
Together, We Can Make a Difference ♥
