DESCRIPTION:This is a free event hosted by Wellington Vale Care Home in partnership with Dementia Support Hampshire & IOW. \nA drop in afternoon for family\, friends\, carers and those living with dementia. Enjoy a safe\, relaxed afternoon singing to enhance wellbeing and an opportunity to ask questions and share concerns with others. A selection of snacks and refreshments will be available in the beautiful environment of Wellington Vale Care Home in Denmead. \nA 45minute musical session\, followed by refreshments. 2pm-3.30pm. \nThe event is open to anyone and everyone living with dementia\, but particularly beneficial for people living with mid/later stage dementia\, as singing can relieve symptoms and enhance mood. \nFree parking is available. \nFor more information please call Dementia Support Hampshire & IOW on 0344 324 6589.
