DESCRIPTION:This is a free event hosted by Linden House Care Home\, Lymington in partnership with Dementia Support Hampshire & IOW. \nA drop in afternoon for family\, friends\, carers and those living with dementia. Enjoy a safe\, relaxed afternoon singing to enhance wellbeing and an opportunity to ask questions and share concerns with others. A selection of snacks and refreshments will be available in the beautiful environment of Linden House Care Home in Lymington. No need to book\, just turn up and join in! \nA 45minute musical session\, followed by refreshments. 2pm-3.30pm. \nThe event and is open to anyone and everyone living with dementia\, but particularly beneficial for people living with mid/later stage dementia\, as singing can relieve symptoms and enhance mood.
