DESCRIPTION:This is a free event hosted by Florence Court Care Home in partnership with Dementia Support Hampshire & IOW. \nA drop in afternoon for family\, friends\, carers and those living with dementia. Enjoy a safe\, relaxed afternoon singing to enhance wellbeing and an opportunity to ask questions and share concerns with others. A selection of snacks and refreshments will be available in the beautiful environment of Florence Court Care Home in Segensworth\, near Fareham. No need to book\, just turn up and join in! \nA 45minute musical session\, followed by refreshments. 2pm-3.30pm. \nThe event and is open to anyone and everyone living with dementia\, but particularly beneficial for people living with mid/later stage dementia\, as singing can relieve symptoms and enhance mood. \nFor more information call Dementia Support Hampshire & IOW on 0344 324 6589.
