Walk for Dementia 2025

Join us on Sunday 14th September 2025 at Warsash Harbour to walk or run a route of your choice, depending on your ability and preferences.

We’ve mapped out some beautiful walks, from an accessible 0.5km, to a challenging 12km, with various distances in between.

Enjoy a Sunday stroll along the River Hamble whist raising funds to support people living with dementia in the local area.

When you’ve completed your walk, join us back at the harbour to collect your medal and celebrate your achievement with others taking part.

Come together to share stories and create special moments, or remember loved ones that we have lost.

With every step you take, you are helping people in your local community living with dementia access the support they need to maximise their quality of life.

Premium ticket (£12.50) includes your t-shirt and medal. T-shirts are available in sizes small, medium, large, and x large. (Once you have signed up you will receive an email asking you to confirm t-shirt sizes)

Standard ticket (£5.00) includes your medal (no t-shirt included).

All sponsorship monies raised will be spent directly supporting people living with dementia in your local area.
