Terms & Conditions
- Information submitted is reviewed by Dementia Support – Hampshire & IOW for accuracy and relevance.
- Events should be submitted at least 7 days in advance*.
- Dementia Support – Hampshire & IOW does not guarantee that listings will be published.**
- Only events specifically for people living with dementia will be approved.
- The calendar is for events only. NOT to advertise services.
- If you have a recurring event you can add them all together by using the ‘Event Series’ function on the event submission form.
*Submitting your listing as far in advance as possible gives your event greater exposure over a longer period of time on our website and through search engines. We also need to check your event prior to publishing it and this may take some time.
**Events are for people living with dementia, any events that are not relevant to dementia will not be published. Any listings that do contain sufficient contact details will not be published.
Editing your free listing;
PLEASE NOTE: If your event is cancelled, update your listing immediately on the Dementia Support – Hampshire & IOW website so it can be removed as soon as possible.
- To make other changes to your event (change of times, etc.), click on the ‘Update this event’ link on your event on the Dementia Support – Hampshire & IOW website and submit new details
- Any added general information less than 7 days in advance of an event may not be processed in time.
- If we receive complaints from our service users that they cannot get in touch with you, or attended events that were not happening, we reserve the right to cancel your event partnership.
PLEASE REMEMBER: This service is to make the lives of people living with dementia a little bit easier, so please ensure that your listing are up to date and correct.
