Musical Moments Social Afternoon – Otterbourne

A drop in afternoon for family, friends, carers and those living with dementia. Enjoy a safe, relaxed afternoon with an emphasis on using music to enjoy and an opportunity to ask questions and share concerns with others. A selection of snacks and refreshments will be available in the beautiful environment of Shawford Springs Care Home in Otterbourne, near Winchester.
A 45minute musical session, followed by refreshments. 2pm-3.30pm.
This is a free event hosted by Dementia Support Hampshire & IOW in partnership with Barchester Healthcare .
The event is open to anyone and everyone living with dementia, but particularly beneficial for people living with mid/later stage dementia, as music can relieve symptoms and enhance mood.
