Hosted by London Street United Reformed Church, The Memory Tree Social Club is an opportunity for people diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia and their carers, to relax, enjoy themselves and make new friends. There are a wonderful team of volunteers who look after the visitors with love, kindness and laughter.
There is an average of 25-30 visitors every week, and their feedback is that what is provided is a unique and special place where they can relax and talk to other carers and people with dementia.
The Memory Tree Social Club meets every week on a Wednesday in the Hook Room from 10.30am to 12.00pm.
