Friends Of Fareham Community Hospital Memory Group

Hosted by Friends of Fareham Community Hospital, this free service is available for people with any type of dementia and for their carers and family to attend for support and friendship.

A dementia adviser is present and available for individual appointments to be made, they can also signpost you to services in your local area.

The Memory Group is held every Monday morning and afternoon between 10.30am-12.30pm and 1pm-3pm at Royal British Legion Club, Park Gate.

Refreshments are available.
