Dementia-Friendly Cricket

Friendly and informal indoor walking cricket sessions, perfect for those with dementia and their carers. Sessions are delivered by Aaron from Activ8 Minds, and are designed so that everyone gets a turn to bat, bowl, and field, in a non-competitive environment. We also provide squash and biscuits, and there’s plenty of time to sit and chat to others who may be in a similar position to you.

This session focuses on gentle movement, socialising, and most importantly- FUN!
