Are you caring for someone with dementia? Do you feel isolated? Would you like someone to talk to, who knows how you’re feeling?

Pop down to The Hunter Centre on a Tuesday afternoon, 1.30 – 3.30pm either on your own or with the person you are caring for.

3rd Tuesday of the month, there will be gentle exercise with John, and the last Tuesday of the month, a light lunch is on offer.

The group is free to attend and there is no need to book, just turn up and join in!
