Hosted by Caraway, The Lordswood Memory Café is held on 1st Wednesday of every month from 2pm-4pm.

Pop by and join in at Lordswood Memory Café for a friendly chat, Tea and activities. Everyone is welcome to attend whether diagnosed or not and to meet others going through similar experiences.

The memory café is for those with memory problems, their carers and households living with dementia. Hosted in partnership with the Solent Admiral Nursing Team and Carers in Southampton. An Admiral nurse will be present when available.
